- 22 years after the events of tragic acident
- Hi I am Francesca I had a very tragic line of events in. my past and today I'm here to tell you what I learned from it and how I got myself back up
- One thing I learned from my experience is decision-making skills.#160;
- #160;Some decisions are simple and are almost automatic while others can be very difficult. To help I learned these skills.#160;Active Listening. Interpersonal#160;Skills. Collaboration. Communication. Logic
- Another one I learned is that menatl and emotional health is very important
- Mental and emotional health can make you act strangely. It can let you be depressed and is effected by others around you. For me, it led to do something super dumb which was to start abusing of a substance.
- I also realized that drugs are a easy way out of one of your problems but what I did not realize is the even bigger problem it would create. Much much bigger
- I learned that abusing substances is super dangerous and can lead to your death
- I used many#160; drugs. Drugs include alcohol, marijuana, hallucinogens and opioids.#160; I had substance use disorder. This is a disease, causing people to compulsively use drugs despite consequences.
- I sadly learned this because at the start I was not digitally safe. I trusted a random guy I met online and met with him and sent him some intimate pictures.
- I learned after my tragic experience these digitally safe skills.Not to trust anyone random online,ake Passwords Seriously, Very Seriously. #160;Invest time, money, and effort in enhancing your awareness. ...- Always use a VPN while browsing the web. .#160;Don't download anything from a website or content provider whom you don't trust.
