- Tris agreed for the Eurite to scan her brain, but she needed to see the results.
- Doctor: “Ms.Prior, your scanning is complete, we will now show the results as you requested.”
- The scientist shows Tris her results on the computers
- “You have an abundance of a particular type of neurons, quite simply, a mirror neuron.”
- “You have one of the largest lateral prefrontal cortexes I’ve ever seen”
- Jeanine(the antagonist) and her students tell Tris what the results mean
- Jeanine:”What are they responsible for?”Student 1:“Learning language, understanding other peoples intentions based on their behavior, um….”Jeanine:“More specifically?”Student 2: ”A flexible Personality”
- As Tris is escorted back to her prison cell, she unexpectedly runs into her boyfriend, who broke into the compound and is arrested
- Tobias:“You die, I die too.”
- Tris: “Tobias, what did you do?”
- Peter: “why did he come here?””Well, yeah.””Did he think he could rescue you? Sounds like a stiff-born thing to do.”
- Tris talks to her guard, who used to be in the same fraction as her about why To it’s may have came back
- Tris: “ Because he’s an idiot.” “I don’t think so, if he intended, he would’ve brought others”
- Tris starts to cry herself to sleep after realizing that he’d rather be dead than without her
- Tris: “I think he came to die with me…”
