- Diagnosis & Cause
- This is caused by allergies or contact with something you may be allergic to.
- You have eczema.
- Eczema symptoms include:dry, cracked, scaly skinrednessItching (may be intense)
- Prognosis

- Eczema characteristics:red rashes inflamed skin
- Treatment

- Triggers can be anything from laundry detergent to dyes, soaps, pollen, pet dander, fabrics, chemicals and foods.
- Risk Factors & Preventions
- Researchers found that symptoms of mild to moderate eczema are likley to persist into the teen years or beyond more than 80% of patients reported having continued symptoms and/or use of topical medications to control symptoms.
- There is nothing to worry about! Most patients with this skin condition improve. Although, 1/3 of patients do develop allergic rhinitis, and 1/3 of patients develop asthma.
