- You must brush your teeth to make sure you do not get cavities, bad breath or unhealthy build up on your teeth!
- Hey there! Our names our Vera and Owen, we are twins! Today we will be teaching you how to effectively brush your teeth as our school project! (And so you don't get cavities of course!)
- The first step to safe and effective teeth brushing is to apply some warm water to your toothbrush, be careful as the water may be hot at first!
- Afterwards, you should apply a pea sized amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush and place this under warm water again. Don't wash off the toothpaste! Oops!
- Next, you should begin to brush your top row teeth! To get those bacteria monsters good, you will brush using side to side or circular motions! Doing this will really make your teeth shine! However, make sure to brush them all, including your back teeth.
- Then, you should perform the exact same method on your bottom teeth! Remember to include all teeth! When you're finished with that, brush both rows together. Also, do not forget to get your gums, they need cleaning too!
