Storyboard Descriere
Arachne is the daughter of a shepherd and a talented weaver. She says that her skill is so amazing and that her skill is even better than God's. Then Athena pops out of know where and tells her to apologize and she doesn't so her punishment is that she turns into a spider for the rest of her life.
Storyboard Text
- I arachne am the best weaver in the world. I am even better than the gods themselves.
- “Reckless girl,” she said, “how dare you claim to be equal to the immortal gods themselves?
- "Never before have I been matched against anyone whose skill was equal, or even nearly equal to her own."
- "I going to show this girl who is the best weaver. You never call out a god and now you will have a punishment.
- No im sorry please dont tune me into a spider. But then "At that the body of Arachne shriveled up; and her legs grew tiny, spindly, and distorted. There before the eyes of the spectators hung a little dusty brown spider on a slender thread.
- "Now this is your future get ready to become a spider."
