- This story is about a group of friends who go on a hike to big bear .
- that was the worst hike ever!!! never again do you see my shirt its soaked in sweat and i look like a tomato.
- your being dramatic the sweat and looking like a tomato is a good thing......you see
- Your sweat is trying to cool you down its not s bad and your blood is rushed to the skin to fix the change
- So when im at a changing temperature rather than normal it needs to be fixed ?
- be right their and it called glucose levels right .
- Honey its time to come in and check your blood sugar level
