He escapes because his heart and soul are with Juliet. The couple has only known each other for a little while but are in love and know their relationship is everlasting.
  • Scene 4The Coming Marriage

  • What's in a name? That which we call a rose, by any other name would smell as sweet. (2.2 43-44)Romeo and Juliet are forever lovers. Although their families are enemies, their connection is too strong to break. They love each other so much and nothing can split them apart. Family hatred will not resonate when it comes to the bond between them.
  • Scene 5Romeo's Message
  •  ...My heart's dear love is set on the fair daughter of rich Capulet. As mine on hers, so hers is set on mine (2.3 57-59)Friar Laurence and Romeo begin to talk about the night before when Romeo brings up his newfound love, Juliet. Romeo begs Friar to marry them so they don't have to hind their love from the world around them. Thus, ending the ancient family rivalry.

  •  Good heart, and, i' faith, I will tell her as much! Lord! Lord, she will be a joyful woman! (2.4 150-151)Romeo and Nurse meet to talk about the marriage. After one day, Juliet and Romeo are ready for the family feud to end and being able to have everyone know about their love for each other. They have determined that their eternal connection.
  •  Then hie you hence to Friar Laurence' cell; there stays a husband to make you a wife. (2.5 67-68)Nurse returns home to Juliet to retell Romeo's message. They will be married in the church very soon and be together forever. Romeo and Juliet are both in love with each other beauty and elegance. Love at first sight.

(2.6 6-8)Romeo and Juliet met Friar Laurence at the church to be married. They demonstrate their love through words and kiss. The happiness of the newlywed couple is infectious.
