- (Chant, chant, chant)
- The trash bandit made his way back to Chugwater in hopes of stealing his next meal. Little did he know of the chaos he had left in the city. All he could hear was crazed chanting, but he thought nothing of it, because he knew that people do insane things these days.
- When he was just about to make his next steal, he was bombarded by the crazed hoard. Since he was conspicuously standing by the trash can, the citizens of Chugwater immediately knew he was the bandit. He had been caught red-handed!
- The mob took him away and locked him in prison. He spent the rest of his short life as a thug rotting in the slammer. With the bandit contained, the city was free from its troubles (except pollution, global warming, inflation, a collapsing economy, political unrest, dwindling food and water supply....well you know what I mean). Moral of the story: don't steal kids!
