  • Loss Prevention is a critical part of Mobile Sales. The manager is required to verify the customer name and matching credit card.
  • The manager is also required to verify that the order has been approved by the carrier before getting the product out of lock up
  • Refer to the "All Carrier Return Policy" for details on completing a return
  • The Closing Checklist is designed to make sure the mobile department is ready for the next day's business.
