- The story begins in the home of Willy Loman, an aging salesman who has just returned from a road trip. Willy is having difficulty remembering events, as well as distinguishing the present from his memories of the past. His wife, Linda, suggests that he request a job in New York rather than travel each week.
- CLIMAX
- Will against himself. His inability to control his pride and to care for himself and others grows a tremendous tension that drives himself to suicide
- FALLING ACTION
- Willy loman has a meeting with his boss and it didn’t go well that lead to his boss to fired him as a salesman
- EPILOGUE
- Willy and Biff have their final confrontation. Willy wants to continue with his self-deceptions about being successful, while Biff is exhausted with living a lie.
- Willy and Biff argue more. Willy starts to daydream again and thinks about Biff some more but hopes that Biff can have the insurance money if he dies.
- Willy Loman commits suicide in automobile accident and dies. His family received his life insurance and Biff get the money he needs to start his own business
