  • hi prakriti , did you understand anything in newton's laws of motion that we did today in class ?
  • when you go for a long jump , you run before it right ? well it is due to the law of inertia (inertia of motion) as your body was at rest before and by running , you bring your body into motion thus making it easy for you to jump .
