- Hello, Let me share to you what I have learned in UCSP.
- Really, Okay, what is it all about?
- Well then, let me start by how Edward Tylor define culture as a "complex whole". According to him, culture encompasses beliefs , practices, traits, values and everything that a person learn and shares as a member of society.
- Oh, well that's interesting.
- In addition, society and culture are related to each other.
- Well, how did you say so?
- It is because a society cannot exist apart from culture. People shares and create the same culture forming bonds together creating a defined society
- Culture is social because it is the product of behavior. It varies from society to society and can be shared from one another. In addition, culture can be shared and transmitted among members of the society. It is continuous, cumulative, gratifying and idealistic.
- Oh well, I definitely learned a lot from you today. Thanks for informing me about these at all.
