- When he went to Germany.
- Can you all do an operation for me please?

- Yes but it would be bit dangerous.
- When he went back to Egypt on his way back home...
- Because my daughters has not eaten meat for so long so thought I can at least. cook the bones which fall from the butcher.
- He was very sick the doctor told that his all veins was almost closed he told it would be great if went to Germany quickly.

- He asked if he could meet his family once more because he thought that these days were his last days but he was supposed to come back quick.

- The lady started to make dua for Mohammad.
- Can you give these people some meat for one year and I will pay you in return.
- Mohammad's family were worried and they asked if he was all fine now.
