  • Due to his cognitive impairment, Lennie behaves and thinks like a toddler. Lennie is a big, strong man, yet he's also innocent and kind. He doesn't mean to hurt anybody or anything, and he loves soft things like animals and textiles. Lennie's speech is often frequently straightforward and monotonous.
