- A man name Jack Quensinberry, an undercover cop returned home back from Washington D.C. to Bradley, Wisconsin for being awarded with rescuing children from human trafficking. He turned on the news and witnessed something horrific. Hundreds of people suddely hospitalized from eating meat, that came straight from a slaughterhouse. reasons remain a mystery.

- The setting takes places all over Wisconsin during the year 1988. Genre: RPG Survival horror where players are provided many choices to how they wish to progress through a game. Jack suprised his Vietnamese pregnant wife, Lucy Tran Quensinberry.

- Jack entered the police station he works at, it's a normal day. His boss told him to about hundreds of people hospitalized and is told to avoid shopping for meat until further investigation is completed. On his way back home, he drove by a hospital. Outside the place appears to look like nearly a riot. He decides to take a look what lurks behind the doors where surgery takes place.

- Similar to the enemies in Resident Evil 4 and the Suffering franchise, the cannibals dine only on live flesh, whether animals or humans. The infection is only spread from a yellow liquid they hurl from their mouth. Once it enters the inner tissue, the victims become infected.
- Although Jack has already his own personal handgun, Browning Hi Power, he visits a local gun shop that hasn't been visited by many customers and asks if the employees knows what's going on in these areas with people suddenly transforming into cannibals.
- Players can use stealth to sneak to get past areas or go loud and directly assault them. Weapons can be found in random areas outside certain places, various shops, factories, warehouses, garages, and government owned vehicles. Ammo can be picked up or crafted by collecting lead and brass. Player can change cloths upon entering stores or a safehouse. Player can wash cloths if it has infected vomit or use it as a disguise.
