- Indus Valley Civilization
- Welcome to the Indus Valley! The Indus Valley was located along the Indus River, It lasted for about 200 years. The land around the river was very good for farming.
- Homes
- We also have pets, such as monkeys, dogs, birds, and snakes.
- Homes are our workshops, so most of the time we go on the roof to relax. Our homes are made of mud bricks so they are very durable against the weather.
- Sewer Systems
- These are the sewer systems. They are important because this is how we get our clean water.
- Trade
- And this is also where our waste goes...
- The Great Bath
- This is the Great Bath, this is where we bath for rituals. We have clean water, which means we aren't bathing in dirty water.
- What are we celebrating???
- These are seals, seals are kind of like tags. They are not related to the animal seal in any way!
- Seals
- Seals are kind of used for ownership. We put them on pots and other art we made.
- YUM! Berries!
- Trading is important to us, we get many goods that we don't already have from others around us. It's hard to travel though because we are surrounded by water and the Himalayan Mountains.
