- One day, Tziporah went to get water from a well with her sisters. Usually, it was hard to get to the water because farmers wouldent let them and their animals through. On this particular day, though, Moshe was there and not only let them pass but also gave them and their animals water.
- When Tziporah and her sisters arrived home early, their father, Yitro, was suprised and asked how they were so fast. Tziporah told him that an egptian man, (Moshe), gave them water and let them pass easily. Yitro told Tziporah to invite him to their house and once he arrived and they met, Yitro offered his daughter in marrige to Moshe, and they where married, and had children.
- Why are you home so early?
- Moshe stayed with Tziporah, her sisters, and Yitro for a while, and worked as a farmer. He came across the spirit of G-d, and talked to Him, and learned that he must go back Mitzraim to save the Jewish people. He came back to Tziporah and Yitro, and told them that he would travel out the next morning. That night, G-d came to Tziporah, threatning to kill Moshe. So she then took a rock and cut off his sons foreskin, and touched his legs with it while saysing ''You are truly a bridegroom to me!'' Then, G-d left Moshe alone, his life was saved by Tziporah. In a midrash, Rashi says that what Tziporah did was circumscision, along with many other torah scholars.
