- My laptop does not want to switch on. I logged calls to IT.IT came out and assessed the laptop and determined that the laptop does not want to switch on. What should i do now Dan?
- I checked that your Laptop is still under warranty. I will have to contact Mr Zaid Waggie at Mustek to dispatch a technician to do a further diagnosistics.
- Hi Fatima , there you are. Mustek has concluded that your laptop has water damage and that the the warranty is void.The cost to repair is R24 800. Did water fall onto your laptop? And if so we have to hand over your case to Internal Control

- I would like to inform you that , If an employee has forfeited his /her State cover and is legally liable for the loss or damage, the loss or damage should be recovered from the employee or person concerned. Debt management proceedings will be initiated by the Loss Control Officer, in consultation with the Delegated Authority.
- If the State suffers a loss or damage and the official denies liability, the Delegated Authority must,if deemed economical,refer the matter to the State Attorney for legal action,including the recovery of the value of the loss or damage.
