- The scene shown is the Tennis Court Oath. Here the third estate was locked out of the Estates General and were forced to move to an indoor tennis court. Here they called themselves the National Assembly, broke off from the Estates General and created there own constitution.
- The scene shown here is the storming of the Bastille. The third estate, or the commoners, decided to revolt against the corrupt government who cared not about the poor community. They raided the Bastille fort and at this point it was considered the "spark" of the revolution.
- The scene shown here is fleeing of King Louis and Queen Marie. After their palace of Versailles is raided they begin to realize what is happening in France. With bad government and ruling they decide that its best if they flee out of France. Going under cover, the get caught and on the way out that are called traitors for leaving when things start to get bad.
