The Independent variable is something in the experiment you can change
It is important because it is the only thing we can change to determine the result in the exparement
The Dependent variable is something that you can't change but changes as a result of the independent variable
It is important because it shows us as of the result what happens from the independent variable
The Control variable is something you keep the same on purpose
It is important because if you dont keep them the same the exparement wont show right results.
We are now going to test our cold and warm balls that were heated and cooled in different rooms. Now we see how high it bounces
Now we are going to test the normal temperature ball. It was put in a nice temperature classroom to get a normal temperature. Now we watch how high it bounces
In this exparement the independent variable was the heat of the ball. The dependent variable was how high the ball bounced and the control was how big the ball was and how high we dropped it from.
