- Dev Com is defined as the use of communication to promote development. The following things comes to my mind whenever I try to explain what Dev Com is:1. Intervention2. Empowerment 3. Change Maker
- 1. InterventionDev Com helps bridge the gap between the ideas of a development and the implementation of the development. It finds ways on how to educate people and explain the development ideas in such a way that it finds acceptance and understanding.
- 3. Change MakerDev Com uses communication to facilitate development and improve the condition of the society. Once the development process has been successfully received, understood, accepted and applied by the people, it will transform their behavior and improve the quality of their life.
