- In my opinion, I think Westward Expansion possessed a tremendous negative impact on what we are today. Many positive things happened but many negative occurrence as well. The gold rush turned out a good thing to happened but the settlers enslaved the Native America which was a fault of this.
- Civil Rights
- In my experience I think Urbanization was great for the United States and its people. It made many more jobs and brought a lot more opportunities to many people. Two major influences of this movement were John D. Rockefeller and Andrew Carnegie.
- The Great Depression ended as the worst economic crash in the modern industrialized world, lasting from 1929 to 1939. It began after a stock market fall, which led to panic within Wall Street. I think this made a very big impact on America and united the citizens and brought us all together.
- Civil rights secured social opportunities and equal guarantees regardless of race or class. Civil rights might include the right to vote or rights to fair trial. In my opinion the civil rights move was a very great movement. It created so many opportunities for many minorities and lots of other people.
