- Ruth: It's the same thing every day. Never anything new, it's always him complaining about something and him putting all the weight of his problems on my shoulders. I'm sick and tired of this every day.
- Walter: How is my wife not even interested in the things I have to say? I just have so much i want to change about our family living situation and have a better life for my family.
- Ruth: You know, I am tired. Tired of my job, my husband always yelling at me about i want this and my dream that. We all have dreams but sometimes to hard for them to come true.
- Walter: She doesn't care about the things I think about. I have dreams, I want to have the America dream, but she doesn't see that. She just wants us to stay in this loop and never getting out. But i want out, I want better for us.
- Ruth: He doesn't understand me. He always dreams and dreams without thinking of our reality. I want a better life for us and our son but its takes time. He never notices that about me. He never notices ever how i feel or ask how i feel.
- Walter: She doesn't understand me. All i want is a better life for my son. I want him to be able to sleep on a nice bed of his own not a couch. I want the American dream I've been dreaming and wishing for.
