- and it was a pretty smart idea that it was bulit so we can keep out invaders and check military intrusions

- Qin Shi Huangdi built the walls as defensive walls to protect his his empire from Norman tribes

- The wall was man made and over a million people were building it the emperors chose peasants, slaves and criminals to build it

- the great wall of China is 10 sections long that is huge and its 21,196 kilometers including some including some overlapping sections
- oh, and even though the walls are now in ruins, and it is in poor conditions it is still there
- according to astronauts the great wall of China is visible from lower parts of the low earth orbit
- bone on the workers that died during construction were utilized along with the material to build the wall
