Really ! We are learning about this in school. Let me explain it to you

Mrunal...... I just came across this term 'Rationalisation' and I wonder what it means

'Rationalisation' is the process of converting a number with irrational denominator into a rational number by multiplying both numerator and denominator by a suitable number

But, what does the word 'Irrational numbers' mean ?

An Irrational number is that which is non-terminating and non-repeating

For eg- √2 , 3, 3√5 etc

And the number which we multiply is know as the Rationalising Factor (RF)

Oh....this is interesting

Now lets solve a problem !

ANS

Rationalisation is as simple as that !

I am happy that I learnt something new
