- Albus Potter arrives at Hogwarts, only to realize that he is famous. But not for who he is, but for who his dad is. Albus is now worried that he will have to live up to the name Potter, and cannot be his own person.

- When the Sorting Hat puts Harry in Slytherin, his entire world turns upside down. Not only is this his worst fear, but people also say he can't be his father's son. He fails to get the broom in his hand by calling it. This results in everyone ostracizing him, and calling him a "Squib". A squib is a non-magic person born into a magical family. Even the teachers look down on him. The only friend at Hogwarts is Scorpius Malfoy. After his third year at Hogwarts, Albus is convinced that Harry doesn't love him.
- The Final Battle

- Amos Diggory came to Harry because he wants him to go back and stop his son Cedric from dying. The reason for this is that he wants his son to be there by his side during his final moments. Harry knows all the repercussions of changing something this drastic, such a long time ago. As a result of this knowledge, he says no. Amos is severely heartbroken. Albus makes a plan to save Cedric with Scorpius.

- Albus, Scorpius, and Delphi (Amos's caretaker) break into the Ministry of Magic to steal a time-turner. That is a time machine. They narrowly escape with their lives. Then they time travel to the Triwizard tournament and sabotage Cedric from a far distance with spells. Since he has fewer points, he won't get to the cup along with Harry and teleport to Voldemort.
- This shouldn't be happening!! I should only be able to hold my breath, not grow large!
- Turns out Delphi was EVIL! Her whole plan was to save Cedric because Harry would die at Voldemort's hands and the world would be "perfect". While Scorpius and Albus are trapped, in time they send a message to Harry and the other parents. The parents arrive and they all battle Delphi. When Delphi tries to kill Albus, Harry shows how much he truly cares for Albus and discards what his part of the plan was to save Albus.
- You dare attack my son?!?!
- After they defeat Delphi, they go back to their own time and explain everything. Harry asks to go on a walk with Albus and explains what happened and why. Harry didn't have a caring father, and as a result, didn't know how to be a good father to Albus. Albus understands and apologizes for what he said to Harry.
