- Nick is a freshman in college and his dad is known to struggle with alcoholism. Nick began to find himself drinking heavily with his new college friends.
- Nick ended up finding himself putting drinking over his school work and ended up getting behind on his work.
- Nick I am starting to get nervous about how much you have been drinking.
- Nick finds himself getting worked up over his girlfriends comment and found himself going to the bar drinking to help his problems.
- I think we need to take a break from our relationship
- Nick begins to find himself in a depressive state but continues to use alcohol as the abuser of his problems.
- Nick went out with his buddies after the break up with the intentions on not remembering the night
- Nick weighs 185lbs. and he drank 6 beers with the alcohol percentage of 5% in a short time of 2 hours with his B.A.C. being 0.12. being well over the legal drunk limit
- Nick ended up making a scene at the bar and getting kicked out and banned.
- Nick realizes that this is a problem and see's his dad struggle with heart disease and liver damage
- Nick decided to reach out for help and began going to AA meetings to take a step in the right direction.
