- Sitting at home
- Leah (raccoon) tells her friend, Liza (cat) worryingly,"Why do you think I don't fit in here?"Liza responds, "Maybe since you don't act the same as us
- Later..... in Leah's Room
- Leah sits in the back while she feels the height of her parents and siblings expectations of who she should be.
- much later in the summer
- Leah 's little sister, Sarah (cat) asks Leah; "what are you going to do with school if you don't like it?" Leah responds "I don't know, hopefully I can find a place i feel more comfortable."Leah begins to leave living room with her little brother Aaron (monkey).
- Leah's first day at Miami Beach Senior High
- While Leah is alone with Aaron she begins to wonders what she will do to prepare a future suitable for herself. She begins to envy the animated 3 year old that needs to stress about none of his current future.
- While sitting in the back with Sarah, Leah explains, "I don't like school." Leah's parents responds that, "No one like schools but its something you have to do. You can pick your own school as long as you do well."
- Leah has chosen to attend Miami Beach Senior High, as she walks into schools she begins to questions if public school is the right choice for her. She looks back as to examine all of her life before but then continues as this is another routine day of jewish schools.
