- Her first time seeing Narcissus
- Echo is now following Narcissus into the woods hoping he will notice her
- Hera is punishing Echo for helping Zeus sneak away because Hera knew that Zeus was playing with the nymphs.
- I love you...
- I love you
- Echo then walks out and sees Narcissus, a tall, handsome boy who every girl wanted, but Echo couldn't say anything to him so she followed him.
- Echo followed Narcissus into the woods hoping he would notice her but he never did, he soon got thirsty and went to a pond for drinking water.
- When Narcissus bent down to drink the water he saw a reflection of himself, he was so obsessed with himself he stared at his face he told himself "I love you", Echo could then say that as well, but when she did he could not hear her...
- Narcissus stared at himself for so long he didn't eat, sleep, or drink, so he then wasted away, soon after Hermes came and led him to the realm of death. After he had passed a Narcissus flower had sprung up.
- Echo sat beside the flower grieved until she also faded away...
