Long ago, there was only an infinite space, called Chaos. In Chaos, there was a single bird called Nyx. She laid a golden egg and sat on it for a very long time. It finally hatched into the god of love, Eros. The two halves of the shell became the Earth, Gaia, and the Sky, Uranus. They had a bunch of children, and two named Cronus and Rhea got married and ruled the world.

Cronus and Rhea had multiple children: Demeter, Hera, Hestia, Poseidon, Hades and Zeus. The universe prophesied that the children would overthrow Cronus and take over the world. Cronus didn't want this, so he swallowed all 6 of his children. But he didn't know that Rhea had hidden Zeus. She raised him in secret, and Cronus never knew.

When Zeus was old enough, he started planning how to defeat Cronus. He had many ideas, but he decided on poisoning Cronus. He brewed a potion that would make Cronus sick then fall into a deep sleep. Once that was done, he gathered a disguise and journeyed to the mountain castle where Rhea and Cronus lived.

Once Zeus made it to the mountain, he offered Cronus the potion. Cronus was a bit suspicious, but he took the drink and began to drink it. He kneeled to the ground and started to throw up the children he had swallowed. After all of Zeus's brothers and sisters were barfed up, Cronus fell into a deep slumber.

Cronus woke up, but Zeus and his siblings were ready. They defeated Cronus in a giant battle, and they were safe once again.

Zeus and his siblings banished Cronus to Tartarus, a horrible place beneath the Land of the Dead for only the worst people. The siblings divided up and ruled over the world together. Zeus began to create the human race, and soon the world was in order how it should be.
