The T cells (blue spheres) activate the B cells (pink sphere) and killer T cells (blue sphere with face) the T cells are that active that they actually kill healthy cells around it
The plasma B cells produce antibodies, which disables the pathogen (virus). some even then remember this virus and can more easily get rid of them the next time.
