- Liza is a girl who deals with the issue of her father who had an affair with Sylvia and consequently had a son, Lem.

- Nothing much, we did what people usually do during funerals.
- So, what happen?
- Liza and Tita Loleng were talking about her step-brother Lem while cooking sinigang in the kitchen.
- Deslizar: 3
- Everyone makes mistake, Liza.
- After meeting her stepmother. Liza is trying to remain calm but Sylvia was not able to suppress her emotions and her tears just flowed to her eyes.
- Deslizar: 4
- At the funerals....
- Since her Tita Loleng ask about her stepmother, the funeral of Liza's stepbrother flashed to her mind. Then she remembered the coffin of her stepbrother in the funeral.
- Deslizar: 5
- Are you Liza?
- Yes.
- I'm Sylvia.
- While at the funeral, Liza was formally introduced to her stepmother, Sylvia, Liza's impression of Sylvia is that she looked like she had Indian blood with her sharp nose and deep-set eyes. Just like her mother, she still maintained a slim figure though she already had children.

- Liza was helping Tita Loleng to prepare sinigang and then she remembered some memories including her mother cooking sinigang.
