  • While I enjoy school, it can be very overwhelming for me. When I'm overwhelmed it becomes difficult to socialize or even do anything. To help with my emotions I lay in bed and try to take a nap since sleeping can help with my stress.

  • Can I use this for my art?
  • As an artist, I use paper or things around me for my art. While I love to draw, I understand that keeping the environment clean is important too. Due to this, if I find any paper or pencils or pens on the ground, I wonder if they would be good for my art or how I can implement them in my work. Stickers, postcards, lose index cards are just a few examples of things I use for my sketchbook to not only fill it up but also to reuse everyday day items.
  • SPIRITUAL
  • Personally, I am not spiritual by any means, but because of that I find it difficult to find reasons to look forward to the future. However, in spite of this, I have my therapist who helps me through my depressive episodes and emotions. She gives me advice to ground myself or what to do in case I get very overwhelmed by my surroundings and recommends meditation or being in a quiet place to help me relax and calm my thoughts.
