- For Gina, early intervention was everything. Her parent went above and beyond to help their child grow. Going to different states to these programs. As a teacher, I would voiced the parents' concerns by simply listening to them about their child's needs. By listening, I can help adapt my instruction for them and help students with disabilities succeed.
- For Gina, her family accepted her the way she was. Her parents found the necessary assistance to help her. As a teacher, I would help the parents understand the parents' concerns and clear up any misunderstanding of their child.
- For Gina, the future is still unknown for her. As a future educator, I would help her succeed in the future. I would help guide her into transitioning, while she is getting older.
- For Gina, she was able to live her life as a normal girl. Family was there to advocate for her and give her the life she deserved. Going into school, it can be difficult for students with disabilities to adapt. Being student that is left out often occurs to many students. Therefore, creating a safe and healthy environment for the child and parents is important.
