Sure! Go with me this Friday, 5AM. I'll prepare a workout plan for you too.
Kuya Vince, I want to lose weight. Can I go with you to the gym?
Woah. That's a lot. Nothing I can't handle, though! I've done something like this when I used to do Muay Thai.
Here is the workout plan I want you to follow. It'll help you lose the weight you want more efficiently.
Don't worry! I chose to go there early because there's actually lesser people at the gym at this time.
