- Good morning, Jake right? My name is Arin and I will be your nurse today for a five-hour shift.

- I hope so, thanks for understanding and listening to me, I really appreciate it.
- I understand you are going through some tough times in your life right now but I’m sure it will only be for a while, there’s a whole future waiting for you and I know you’ll get through it because you seem strong. Am I right?
