- The London 2012 Olympic Games, officially known as the Games of the XXX Olympiad, or more commonly as London 2012, were an international multi-sport event, held in the city of London, United Kingdom, between July 27 and August 12, 2012. A total of 10,568 athletes (5892 men and 4676 women) from 204 countries participated in these Games, the third to be held in the British capital.

- The opening section of the ceremony outlined British economics and social development from the rural economy to the Industrial Revolution around the 1960s. At the start, the ground of the stadium had at its center a model of Glastonbury Tor and a model of village cricket as Boyle promised, packed with live animals and actors playing townspeople and workers

Most sports have only one discipline, except Canoeing, Cycling, Gymnastics, Swimming and Volleyball, with Swimming being the sport with the most disciplines with 4. our favorite discipline was synchronized swimming and archery

- in these olympic games we felt a great emotion to be next to excellent athletes, we were amazed by everything that was achieved in these wonderful games to see how countries around the world competed, meet different cultural, etc..We also feel very proud of our country as it won 9 medals.
