- Germany had rebuilt their military in secret. They had advanced economically andintellectually. This had given Germany a false sense of confidence
- August 1939: Nazi-Soviet Non-aggression Pact
- PEACEEEEEE!
- The Axis powers had formed, threatening the Allies. It was originally called the Roe-Berlin Axis, but it was renamed. Germany, Italy, and Japan were the main operators in this.
- September 1, 1989: Germany invades Poland
- Munich Agreement, (September 30, 1938),settlement reached by Germany, Great Britain, France, and Italy that permitted German annexation of the Sudetenland, in western Czechoslovakia
- September 3, 1939: Great Britain and France Declare War
- The nonaggression pact had allowed Germany to plot in secret. Everybody was at peace but cautious with eachother.
- Germany had invaded Poland, officially declaring World War 2. Poland was small, but they had still put up a fight against Germany
- World War 2 has officially taken off. Germany against the allies, Great Britain and France.
