- Hey Cuvier! Good to be back in school.
- Interesting opinion lets talk about it in the classroom.
- Lamarck and Cuvier meet before school right after summer break. Cuvier believed in catastrophism and the idea that all fossils are extinct.
- Whats Up Lamarck! I just spent my summer thinking about catastrophism and how earth goes through cycles of destruction!
- The school day is about to begin as the student thinkers wander the halls talking about their summer breaks.

- The thinkers gossip in the bathroom. They speak on the subject of earths age and how it is older than previously believed. Lyell brings up the topic of superposition.
- OMG! Lyell did you hear that earth is not static! AND!!! Earth is so old. I cannot believe people like Cuvier believe in catastrophism.
- LOL. Duh Steno earths features are the result of continuous long term process. Have you even heard of uniformitarianism ?
- Earth is made up of many layers. When you look into these layers you see many years of life.

- Like my giraffe theory! Since all the leaves were eaten in a easy accessible place the giraffes ancestors had to stretch their necks to reach food. In result the giraffe has a long neck. I better get to class...
- AH this slide reminds me of my summer break. I spent my time thinking about how I believe body parts change to accommodate new contexts.

- Im a failure! I spent my summer working hard in the amazon trying to prove natural selection but I lost all my work on the way back.
- Now Darwin gets to present his project but mine isn't as extravagant as I wanted it to be.
- I studied finches. These birds showed me natural selection. Finches with shorter beaks are more suited to poke holes in the ground to reach food. This caused variation in finches beaks.
- Alright Guys! Welcome back to school. I spent my summer over in the Galapagos. My parents sent me Idk if you've heard of it or anything.
