The Law of April 6, 1830:This law has the following:Forbiddens any slaves that were or coming to MexicoSuspends any empresario contracts that are made
It's just absurd!!!!
I know, right?!!?!??!?!
Anastacio Bustamante was the acting president when the Law of April 6, 1830, was created and was passed from the US to Texas
...And this is why I think why you should change some things in the Law of April 6, 1830
The Law of April 6, 1830 furtherly states that any slaves that were coming to Mexico are forbidden and suspends any empresario contracts that were or are made
Ok!!
Texans saw that forbidding immigration from the US as ridiculous
The Law of April 6, 1830:This law has the following:Forbiddens any slaves that were or coming to MexicoSuspends any empresario contracts that are made
Because the Texans colonists were so shocked by the Law, so Stephen F. Austin protested the law to the Mexican officials and even the president
By talking to the officials and the president, Austin was able to convince the Mexican government to take out some parts of the law.
