- It is 2022 and I have finally graduated.
- That's our Zaneo!
- Deciding to remain in Egypt and major in muisic was one of the biggest decisions of my life. I was not sure if I felt comfortable enough to remain in Egypt or go back to New York, but I had realized I grew fond of this country and this part of my identity. Over the years, I grew to love the people, culture, and arts of this ancient city. I had finally made friends whom which I shared similar interests and goals.

- I had met so many interesting people and spoke to so many honorable people. It truly made me feel happy that I had finally broken from my shell of timidness and isolation. I felt the sky is my limit.

- Life is truly challenging. You go through phases, experiences, witherings, and growths. Life is what it is. You'll laugh, cry, hate, love, be alone, be with others... You don't change overnight. Things take time especially overcoming things and transforming. My struggle with alienation, my split identity of being unsure if I had to pick a side,my challenge to fit in the Egyptian society, yet still being proud of this part of my culture...taught me so many things and made me stronger as a person. As a woman. Remember, in life things hit in waves.One has to ride the waves and try not to be crashed by them.Keeping a good balance is key in riding the waves successfully.Life is meant to be lived with a bird's point of view perspective and a positive attitude.
