- In the beginning of the story Nick Caraway's dad giving Nick some good advice. Nick always thinks his dad's advices even though Nick is far away from his dad.

- Chapter 1
- Look son "Whenever you feel like judging anyone just remember that all the people around the world haven't had the advantages you had"
- Nick decided to go to New York and learn some bond business. He asked to his dad for a permission to be able to go to New York.
- Hey dad, can we talk ?
- So I've been thinking about to go to New York and learn about business. I would like to ask your permission if you want me to go learn bond business .
- Chapter 1
- Wow! that's great son.Yes if you wanna learn some bond business you can!
- Sure Nick, what's up?
- Nick went to New York to study bond business. But suddenly Nick drove over to the Buchanan's house to meet his cousin Daisy. He also meet Daisy's husband Tom. Nick knows his husband Tom because they study in the same college, he described Tom as a athletic man. And finally he met his love of his life Jordan Baker they greeted each other and get to know each other.
- "From her sofa Daisy turned to me and held mt hand for a moment. She gave a pretty laugh and looe into my face , promising that there was no one in the world she so much wanted to see . That was a way she had. She mentioned that the other girl's name was Baker and Miss Baker and I greeted each other politely"

- Hey, I'm Daisy
- Hello! I'm Nick
- After the dinner with Buchanan's Nick caught Daisy crying. Daisy is crying because she knows that her husband is cheating . She also talked about her daughter, She talked about her daughters life and she'd prefer a foolish beautiful daughter
- Hey Daisy,why are you crying?
- Chapter 1
- "Well, I've had a very bad time Nick, and i don't in anyone or anything more"
- Tom breaks Myrtle's nose because he told her to stop talking about Daisy, his wife. When Myrtle continues to say her name, Tom backhands her, breaking her nose. This shows that Tom has a short temper and also that he basically has no real love for either woman, Daisy or Myrtle.
- “Daisy! Daisy! Daisy! shouted Mrs Wilson. I’ll say it whatever I want to! Daisy! Dai---.”
- Chapter 2
- How Dare you!
- During the party Jay Gatsby call Jordan Baker to talk into private with him. He calls Jordan inside and probably, on this occasion, only wants to know more about her and Nick. And Gatsby calls her up so he can find out more about Daisy.
