- I forgot all about my test tomorrow and i have not studied at all. If i fail this test I have to do summer school.
- The bad news he heard activated the amygdala causing him to begin feeling stressed.
- If I fail this test my parents are going to ground me. I am very overwhelmed and stressed out.
- The amygdala then sends a message to the hypothalamus which sends a distress signal to the body
- The nervous system tells the adrenal gland to release epinephrine
- Although I have so much stuff to do and I am so stressed out. I have a headache but have to stay focused and finish
- When the body responds to a stress hormone it enters in a state of overload
- I have finished my assignments but i must study for my test. I am getting so tired. This is so much stress
- The parasympathetic nervous system then becomes balanced and starts to calm
- Yes I have finally finished all of my work but it's 1:30am I better go to sleep
- I am going to ace this test and sleep good
