The gelato is significant in the modern world because it is very popular and every person knows about it. It has made our lives more pleasant and relaxed thanks to the gelato dessert. There were many different ice creams that were invented before Bernardo Buontalenti but his was probably the first ever flavored ice cream which has been improved and changed over the years. Buontalenti's gelato invention was the inspiration for all of our current ice creams around the world.
