- It is the beginning of the fall semester, and Priya is excited to make it to her first class as a college student in the U.S.
- How do I get to Poly?
- While Priya leaves her appartment, she opens the ASU mobile app. As it is early in the morning, the app suggests the shuttle features on the homescreen and shows the departure and arrival times of the next couple of shuttles

- Priya arrives at the Poly campus but is not sure how to find her classes.
- which way should I go?
- Priya opens the ASU mobile app again. Since she have a class coming up, the first thing she see on the top her class schedules for the day including name and location.

- when the class ends, priya opens the app again as she wants to check out the menu options in the dining hall. She sees that the app already placed the dining information on the starting screen during lunchtime

- After the last class of the day ends, Priya opens the app again to check for the next shuttle. But the app not only shows the departure times of the next shuttles but also advertises an event that is about the begin on Poly campus. The uses decides to not take the next shuttle and instead check out the event.
