- We should change from power plant to all factories
- The bill is then sent to the House of Representatives for debate
- Factories should stop using non-renewable energy sources.
- This is a good idea I'm going to sign it.
- Then is bill is sent to senate for debate
- Once the bill done being debated it goes to conference committee
- The bill is then sent off to the president for his signature
