- Dick Arsenault is hunting in Maine's White Mountains when he gives up hunting the last buck be spots. Arsenault then realizes he lost his compass.
- Main Events.
- i'm going to cross this frozen bog
- When Arsenault starts to get cold so he tries to make a fire to keep warm, The fire was more smoke than flame.
- Resolution / Rescue
- YAY we found you!
- Yeah but this fire is mainly smoke then flame so i'm super cold. I was about to get up and walk
- Arsenault beings to walk and wander without his compass just so he can regulate his body heat, and try and find his hunting partner since they have been separated.
- Lesson/Analysis.
- Hey found you in the same spot because you didn't move which was smart
- While he is walking he comes across a frozen bog. He decides to cross it. He the realized after he crossed it that his socks are all wet, so he has to cut them off so his feet don't freeze.
- He continues to walk and not cut his socks off. While he was walking he heard something and it was actually his hunting partner and a searching party looking for him.
- Try not to wonder because it's easier for people to find where you last were than for you to wander the woods looking for them.
