- Tim logs into SK Back Office and adds Tina, entering all her info just once. He gives her BackOffice access at two locations, but not a third in another city, since she won't be working there.
- Now Tina can ring up sales at both locations with the same pin code.
- Tim can easily grant Tina access to BackOffice HQ so she can report on multiple store locations. She can run reports on the 2 locations she manages, but not the 3rd.
