- I just received an email confirmation for my appointment that contains a survey for me to fill out so that the salesperson can know my preferences.
- Hello Amy. My name is Alex and I will be helping you. Thank you for filling out the survey. I've created a list of cars I believe you like based on your preferences. Let's go over them together.
- Sounds good! Would you like to test drive the car at the dealership or through our Try-At-Home program we created due to COVID?
- Sounds great! I like option 3 more.
- I have COVID concerns so at home would be best. How does it work?
- Good question! You’ll need to schedule a date and time for your test drive and provide your driver’s license and credit card information..
- You can set a drop off time, and someone from the dealership will come pick it up 1 hour later.
- All you have to do is be there when the car is sent to your home, and to make sure you return the car in the same condition you received it in.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation for your test drive date and time, as well as details on what to expect on the day of your test drive.
- And we can schedule a follow up call right after so we can discuss your thoughts and if you’d like to proceed with this model.
