- vitamins help our body to grow and work the way it should. some vitamins are: vitamin A,C,D,E,K and B (B6,B12 etc.)water is important to the body in excess amounts so that the body can produce it .
- In order to know the nutrients in food, we would need to do a food test. A food test is a method by which component in food can be detected.Food test can be used to detect starch, fat, protein and sugar. lets head over to the lab.
- To conduct our food test we will need to visit our webquest site in order to gather our resources and understand the procedures.
